By purchasing Feel Flux the user shall be aware of the fact that the ball included in the package is a very powerful magnet that requires careful handling. Feel Flux shall not be handled without the careful reading of this Manual. Feel Flux shall be used exclusively with the precise observation of the instructions described herein to ensure safe use. Users shall take all precautions listed hereunder before using Feel Flux.
Terms of use
 Keep a distance of at least 50 cm between the ball and any magnetizable object or other magnets.  The magnet can produce extremely high acceleration to magnetizable objects or other magnets. This can cause high speed impacts thus injuries or cracks.  Do not put the magnet close to any medical appliances, especially a pacemaker or metal implants. Individuals with pacemakers or internal medical devices should use caution when handling strong magnets. Magnetic fields may affect the operation of these devices. Consult your physician and the manufacturer of your medical device to determine its susceptibility to static magnetic fields prior to handling Feel Flux. Feel Flux should be kept at a safe distance from individuals with these devices.  Neodymium magnets are fragile, and may shatter on high impact. Make sure you play above soft surfaces away from other magnets and attractable objects.  Feel Flux have strong magnetic fields that can damage electronic equipment and magnetic data storage media. You should keep these magnets away from electronic equipment, computer discs, credit cards, video tapes, and other magnetic media to avoid damage or malfunction.  Avoid the magnet getting close to sensitive devices, especially measurement instruments, precise mechanical clocks, watches, hard disk drives, displays or any electronic devices.  Feel Flux should not be burned. These magnets can ignite and burn at high intensity.  Feel Flux should not be drilled or machined or in any way modified, altered. Any structural modification of Feel Flux might be dangerous.  Drilling and machining may produce metal powder which is flammable and may cause high heat to develop resulting in ignition. The magnets may shatter and break when drilled or machined.  Feel Flux is primarily composed of neodymium, iron, and boron. The chemical, physical and toxicological properties of these components have not been thoroughly investigated and recorded.  Should not be used in contact with food or ingestible liquids.  Never give the magnet to anyone who is not informed about the aforementioned rules and never give the magnet to a child without adult supervision. Feel Flux is NOT intended for use by children under 14 unless with strict parental guidance.  Feel Flux is qualified as a hazardous waste which fact shall be taken into consideration before its disposal.1 By purchasing Feel Flux the purchaser/user does not acquire any right for the product’s utilization in any way such as its multiplication, modification or any kind of commercial distribution. Feel Flux shall be used in compliance with the users’ local law. User is responsible for observing the special regulations regarding magnetic toys in their jurisdiction. By ordering this product user agrees that it is of legal age to use Feel Flux, and that it is legal in its resident country to order this product. Feel Flux does not accept liability (except as set out herein) for any errors and omissions arising from inadequate or due improper use and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of the product.

Feel Flux does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Feel Flux's negligence or wilful default, or that of Feel Flux's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
Contact your pediatrician or nearest emergency department immediately if you suspect any injuries presumably caused by Feel Flux or in case you have accidentally swallowed the magnetic ball.
